The writ petition as well the contempt application being CPAN 1538 of 2006 are taken up for hearing pursuant to the previous order dated 16th December, 2021 when no one appears for the applicant and no accommodation is prayed for either. Same situation prevailed on 16th December, 2021 when the matter was called on for hearing. It appears that the applicant has lost interest. The contempt application and the connected writ petition, if pending stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
