This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 28.05.2012 in connection with Kashimandi Police Station Case No. 12 of 2011 under Section 447/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
