1. Learned counsel for the State files a compliance report indicating that the order of this Court directing the B.L. & L.R.O to pay costs of Rs.50,000/- personally has been complied with. The receipt in that connection is also annexed to the compliance report.

2. Insofar as the other part of the direction dated November 27, 2025, issued in WPLRT 185 of 2025, is concerned, it is submitted that although the rest of the concerned plot numbers have already been recorded, pursuant to the order of this Court, in the name of the petitioner, only regarding a portion of plot no. 102, since there is already an existing patta, a proceeding has to be taken out for annulment of patta, which process has also been initiated at the behest of the B.L. & L.R.O.

3. A communication in that regard from the B.L. & L.R.O to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kharagpur, Paschim

Medinipur dated December 09, 2025 is also placed on record.

4. Accordingly, since the B.L. & L.R.O has substantially complied with the order of this court, no further order need be passed.

5. Since the WPLRT itself has already been disposed of, let the matter be reflected in the Computer Information System of this Court as 'disposed of'.
