The investigating agency has reported that on receipt of information that the accused surrendered before the learned court, the investigating officer submitted prayer before the court for taking police remand of the accused for interest of the investigation and after completion of the period of police custody on 07.12.2024, the accused was produced before the learned Special Court.

Learned Special Court is in seisin of the matter. Petitioner being the mother of the victim boy, is aggrieved regarding not having been informed regarding the development processes which are being

progressed both in the Special Court as well as in course of investigation.

Learned Special Court would ensure that on each and every date a lawyer is present on behalf of the defacto complainant to address the grievance. Petitioner approached this court as the police authorities according to her was not acting adhering to the provisions of law and were dormant. It reflects presently the police authorities are progressing with the investigation of the case.

Learned Special Court would ensure that on each and every 15 days a progress report is submitted before the said Court.

In case the petitioner is of the opinion that the bail has been granted of the accused in deviation of the procedures of law, petitioner would approach before the jurisdictional court or the higher forum for cancellation of bail.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 25967 of 2024 is disposed of.
