The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 4.7.2012 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Track Court No.3, Bongaon, North 24-Parganas in Criminal Revision No.1 of 2010.

The subject-matter of the said revisional application is in respect of an order passed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the time constraints involved in Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the considered opinion that the main proceedings as also the orders passed therein have become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 3432 of 2012 is dismissed.
