Ahsanuzzaman .... for the petitioner Mr. Ashok Kumar Jena ... for the respondent No. 2 to 5 The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station forwarded by the office of the learned Registrar Administration ( L & OM) stated that the sole petitioner to have expired on 16th August, 2014.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner could not resume contact with the petitioner on the earlier occasion. Accordingly, the administrative notice was issued. The learned advocate representing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 is present who submitted that the respondent No. 2 to 5 in the instant writ petition had deducted certain amount from the pensionary benefits in the capacity of garnishee for payment to various Courts against several money suits and did not have any further liability towards the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, on the death of the petitioner the instant writ petition gets dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is given to the legal heirs of the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if required.
