The present revisional application was preferred against the judgement and order dated 22.08.2012 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, First Track Court No. 2, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas in connection with Gaighata P. S. Case No.

50 1995 dated 12.04.1995 under Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code( wherein the chargesheet was subsequently filed under Section 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code).

The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by the order passed by the trial court in an application under Section 231 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Record of this revisional application reflect that this revisional application is yet to be admitted. As the order under challenge is of the year 2012 and more than eight and half years have been passed in the meantime and no information has been furnished before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings, I am of the view that at this belated stage, it would be an unwanted interference by a superior court if an order is passed disturbing the status of the case.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being 3435 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
