Case No. 1804 of 2012 have been compounded in terms of Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She also submits that in view of this fact, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party no. 2 has concurred with such submission and produced an order dated 20th January, 2025 to show that the offences which gave rise to the case vide A.C. 1804 of 2012 have been compounded. In view of such subsequent development, the present revisional application is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
