Sarmila Bibi The revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 12.12.2012 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Midnapore in connection with M.R. Case No. 75 of 2010 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. I have considered the order passed by the Learned Magistrate awarding sum of Rs.3,500/- per month which included Rs.1500/- per moth to the wife and Rs.1000/- per month to each of the two minor daughters.

Having regard to the fact that more than nine years ago such order was passed and the quantum so awarded is barely minimum for an individual to survive, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, IA No. CRAN 1 of 2013(Old No. CRAN 2707 of 2013) along with CRR 2973 of 2013 is dismissed. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
