1. Petitioners are in custody for three years and eight months. They submit there is inordinate delay in trial. Accordingly, they pray for bail.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits petitioners are foreign nationals. Trial has substantially progressed. He assures trial shall be concluded in six months.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are foreign nationals. Trial has substantially progressed. Learned Public Prosecutor assures the trial shall be concluded within six months.

4. In view of the aforesaid assurance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
