1. Heard the learned lawyers for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. 164.530 Kg of Ganja was recovered from vehicle. Petitioner was in the vehicle. Trial is in progress and one witness has already been examined in-part.

1. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are of the opinion petitioner is not entitled to bail either on merit or on the score of trial. Trial be expedited.
