1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks intra district transfer from South 24 Parganas to Bankura on the ground of distance of 350 kilometers from her residence.

3. It is submitted that the there are surplus teachers in the existing School.

4. In the above circumstances, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education after receiving an appropriate report from the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas and the District Primary School Council, Bankura and subject to availability shall consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months from date mandatorily and positively.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
