Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society/respondent no.3 in considering and taking a decision on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21st June, 2022 in spite of specific request by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society (Housing Cell), West Bengal, by its letter dated 30th July, 2022 as appears at page 46 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 25891 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to hold an enquiry on the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner dated

21st June, 2022 and take a final decision in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioner within 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
