It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is plying a vehicle from Hematpur to Asansol via Nadanghat Kusumgram G.T. Road on the basis of a valid route permit. It is also submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner has applied before the RTA, Nadia to extend the route permit upto Krishnagar. But the local Union leaders of Bus Operators is resisting the petitioner from taking his vehicle away from Nabadwip to Krishnagar.

On perusal of the case of the petitioner it is ascertained that the petitioner has raised an allegation of private nature which cropped up between her and a leader of Bus Union. In respect of the private dispute between the petitioner and private respondent writ remedy cannot lie. I do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition and, accordingly, the writ petition is summarily dismissed.
