Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that no order relating to any warrant of arrest has been issued by any court of law in connection with G.R. Case No.5815 of (Bantra Police Station Case No.230 of dated 13.10.2022).

So far as the investigation of the case is concerned, the investigation is in progress. Accordingly, the investigating agency will take the investigation to its logical conclusion. No interference is called for. The connected applications are deemed to be disposed of.

CRR 4284 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.

The investigating agency as directed above will file their

report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. in accordance with law. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
