An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 21st February, 2025. In the said order the name of the petitioner be read as "Smt. Aanchal Jain Chowdhury" in place and stead of "Smt. Aanchal Jain Chowdhury nee Jain". The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 21st February, 2025.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
