1. Mr. Surajit Dutta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has drawn my attention to the order dated 06.11.2024 that the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has been wrongly recorded as "Mr. Subol Kumar Sahu" instead of "Mr. Salil Kumar Sarkar". It should be read as "Mr. Salil Kumar Sarkar" instead of "Subol Kumar Sahu".

2. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

3. Other portion of the order dated 06.11.2024 shall remain unchanged.

4. This order be treated as part of the order dated 06.11.2024.
