Present petition has been for expeditious disposal of Maintenance Case No.794 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 4th Court, Barrackpore.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition for maintenance is pending since 2013 and still it is pending at the state of evidence.

Taking into account that the matter is pending since 2013. Learned Judicial Magistrate 4th Court, Barrackpore is directed to conduct the expeditious disposal of Maintenance Case No.794 of 2013 expeditiously in accordance with the law without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

CRR 4885 of 2025 stands disposed of.
