The petitioner has challenged the order dated September 29, 2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman in Title Suit No.100 of 2023. By the said order an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure was allowed on contest.

Thus, the revisional application is dismissed. The learned advocate is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
