1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today by the Counsel for the petitioner be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks publication of result of a written test for the post of Anganwadi Workers held in the year 2011.

3. It is submitted that several writ petitions have been filed in this Court and the process of recruitment was stayed until 2022.

4. The writ petitioner, however, never approached before this Court.

5. The petitioner relies upon a Selection Process and Interview Board constituted in the year 2023. It is not clear from the document as to whether this Memorandum of 12th September, 2023 has any nexus with the examination held in the year 2011.

6. The instant writ petition is, therefore, hopelessly barred by the delay and laches and no relief can, therefore, be granted to the petitioner.

7. W.P.A. No. 25124 of 2023 is disposed of without any orders.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
