A report has been filed by the Executive Engineer(C), Building Department, Borough-1, Kolkata Municipal Corporation which was prepared after a joint inspection was conducted in the presence of both the parties.

It appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed to some extent. The other grievances cannot be addressed by the Corporation, as they are absolutely private in nature.

In view of the above, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to ventilate her grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
