Ghosh ... for the petitioner The present criminal revision of the year 2022 has been preferred against an order dated 21.10.2022 passed by the learned 10th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, issuing Warrant of Arrest against the petitioner in M EX.-103 of 2018 arising out of Criminal Misc. Case no. 473 of 2015 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate-on-record appearing for the petitioner submits that he has verbal instruction that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the present case and hence prayed for withdrawal of the same.

There is no representation on behalf of the opposite parties.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the proceedings between the parties which relates to matrimonial suit and maintenance, the criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn.

Accordingly, CRR 4285 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
