Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, a fresh show-cause notice dated March 26, 2025 has been served upon the writ petitioner and, as such, the cause of action of the present writ petition i.e. the show-cause notice dated July 7, 2024 does not survive.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 3 to 5, hand up a copy of the notice dated March 26, by concurring with the submission of the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner that the writ petition had become infructuous. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State is also files a report, which is taken on record. In view of the submissions of the parties as recorded herein above, the writ petition is disposed as having become infructuous.
