Petitioner was aggrieved as his complaint was not acted upon and as, according to him, he has been duped over sum of rupees more than 5,00,000/- Learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted a report. Report reflects that petitioner has been repeatedly informing in respect of the same incident and police authorities have already registered Cyber PS Case no. 32/24 dated 14.11.2024 under relevant sections of BNS. As the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the police authorities, presently the purpose of filing the writ petition has been sub-served.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

However as the investigation has commenced, the investigating authority would put in

efforts for expeditiously proceeding with the investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion.

Petitioner would approach the jurisdictional magistrate in seisin of the matter after 60 days, if he is dissatisfied and pray for information regarding the progress of the investigation.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26828 of 2024 is disposed of.
