The petitioner is a senior citizen who is aggrieved by the order dated 1st September, 2025, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Maintenance Tribunal, Uluberia, Howrah in Case no. 09 of 2025. The order is an appealable order.

Under such circumstances the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appellate forum in accordance with law.

Liberty is granted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned, upon furnishing the photocopy thereof.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
