1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is regularly complying with the directions imposed upon him by order 16th January, 2025.

2. It is submitted to modify the condition not to leave the jurisdiction of the local police station is concerned.

3. The learned Prosecution submits a report that the petitioner is regularly complied with the condition imposed upon him and no other criminal case is pending against the present petitioner. Let the report be kept with the record.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances and the petitioner regularly complied with the direction not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station is hereby waived and the other condition still remain in force.

5. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
