The revisional application appeared on 22nd November, 2023 when an accommodation was sought for. Today, when the revisional application has been called, further accommodation was again sought for.

I find from the records that the subject matter of challenge in the present revisional application relates to Andal Police Station Case No.06 of 2022. The petitioner approached this Court when the investigation of the case was in progress. Having regard to the fact that the case was registered on 6th January, 2022 and more than two years have elapsed and the petitioner is not in a position to apprise this Court regarding the progress of the investigation and as to whether the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the view that the case would presumably be at the advanced stage of investigation or the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. would be filed before the jurisdictional court. Having

considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the points in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial of the case in case the investigating authorities decide to file a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. implicating the present petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4267 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
