Mr. Debapriya Samanta Mr. Suhotro Palit Mr. Akash Kumar Chakraborty Ms. Riya Saha Ms. Rima Halder ....for the petitioners Mr. Iqbal Kabir Mr. Shashanka Shekhar Saha ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Most of the co-accused were arrested in connection with this case and were granted bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. According to the statements of witnesses, the arrested accused as well as the present petitioners and others had come to an Eidga with pistols and bombs and were creating trouble for the persons who were to offer namaz. When the police came, the present petitioners fled away from the place, but some other co-accused were arrested with the bombs.

Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
