Report is placed on record. It appears from the report trial is in progress. Date has been fixed for recording further evidence. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the crime. His bail prayer was rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
