The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner as FPS (Fair Price Shop) Dealer being license No. CHL/94 in place of his father, Mosaraf Hossain Mullick (since deceased) on compassionate ground at village-Dakshin Nawabpur, Sekendarpara, Police Station-Chanditala, DistrictHooghly. 2.

In course of hearing and on hearing the learned counsel for the State and the petitioner it appears that the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024 is pending consideration till date by the respondent no. 9.

Considering the said facts and the issue involved the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 9 shall consider the representation dated 01.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner within days from the date of communication of this order.

And on hearing the respective parties, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
