We have considered the materials on record.

Victim is a deaf and dumb lady. Petitioner is her neighbour. He took advantage of her situation and ravished her.

In view of the nature of offence on a vulnerable lady, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
