The revisional application appeared on 23rd November, 2023 when an accommodation was sought for. Today, when the revisional application has been called, further accommodation is sought for.

I have considered the contents of the revisional application which challenges the charge-sheet filed in connection with Durgapur N.T.S. Police Station Case No.99 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020. From the enclosure of the revisional application, I find only the formal report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been enclosed and copies of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are not enclosed along with the revisional application for proper adjudication. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to canvass all the issues in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4270 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently

disposed of.
