By an order dated November 3, 2016, the WP 25592 (W) of 2015 had been dismissed for default. Subsequently, two applications being CAN 1 of 2025 seeking recall of this Court's order dated November 3, 2016 passed in WP 25592 (W) of 2015 whereby the said writ petition had been dismissed for default and CAN 2 of 2025 praying for condonation of delay of 3001 days in filing CAN 1 of 2025 had been taken out by the petitioner. The said two applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 were dismissed by this Court by an order dated March 11, 2025.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition itself no longer survives and as such no further order need be passed.
