At the time of call accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

However, on perusal of the previous orders, it appears that on 21st June, 2023 when the matter was taken up, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was fixed for hearing in the monthly list of July, 2023. Subsequently, on 14th August, 2023, 28th August, and on 16th November, 2023, accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and the same was granted thereby the matter was fixed for hearing in the month of December, 2023. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 25194 of 2018 stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
