...for the State Mr. Partha Pratim Das, learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Baisali Basu, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment be regularised by the concerned authority.

The learned advocate submits that the examination of the investigation officer was over on 29th September, 2023 and the next date has been fixed on 30th January, 2024 for examination of the accused persons under section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the examination of the accused persons under section 313 of Cr.PC on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter.

The learned Trial Court is directed to commence argument in the last week of February 2024 and insist that the arguments are concluded on or before 15th March, 2024. Efforts be taken to pronounce the judgement by 10th April, 2024.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 4272 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
