Report reflects that the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of her husband not participating in the proceedings being M. Execution Case No. 73 of 2015. The report of the Officer-incharge, Missing Person Squad, Detective Department, Lalbazar, Kolkata reflects that the husband namely, Sanjib Basu left India for abroad in the year 2018 and since then he has not returned. In view of the aforesaid the petitioner is directed to file appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for complaining to the authorities to pursue the husband to participate in the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court Alipore.

If such an application is taken out the same should be disposed of within a period of 30 days.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 4273 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
