It is submitted on behalf of the Commissioner of School Education (SE) that vacancies have been identified and communicated to the School Service Commission.

The petitioner shall appear before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission at 1 pm on 6th February, 2023 as already indicated to her by email and it is expected that appropriate orders are passed on 6th February, 2023 itself.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
