1. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not represented on 5th February, 2025, as he was trapped in the traffic jam and could not reach to the Court when the case was called upon. Learned senior counsel submits that there was no deliberate intention to not to appear. Learned counsel submits that the petition may be restored and a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 47 of 2007 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Arambag, Hooghly.

2. In view of the submissions made, C.O. 3864 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number.

3. The application being CAN 1 of 2025 is hereby disposed of.

4. The learned Trial Court is directed to conduct the proceeding expeditiously in Title Suit No. 47 of 2007.

5. Since, it is the matter of 2007 and is at the stage of final hearing, learned Trial Court shall make endeavour to dispose of the matter within a period of six months.

6. In view of the observations made hereinabove, the revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

7. Department is directed to send a copy of the order to the learned Trial Court.

8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
