...for the State The learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

Mr. Satadru Lahiri, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that because of miscommunication post-Covid, warrant of arrest was issue against the petitioner. The learned Advocate undertakes that henceforth the petitioner would be sincere and would physically appear before the Court until and unless it is beyond his control.

In view of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the petitioner would continue on the same bail but would furnish a fresh bond before the learned Sessions Court/ACMM (in charge of case relating to Posta Police Station) in connection with Posta Police Station Case No. 182 dated 26.05.2015 under Sections 120B/395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act (SC 108 of 2015). The bond which will be furnished would be title deed of property of either the petitioner himself or any of his relation.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court by 20th December, 2023. In case the petitioner do not surrender by 20th December, 2023, the learned

Trial Court would shift to the next stage of process and would insist on section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 4275 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photosat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
