1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the charge-sheet has already been submitted in the matter, he has no further grievance against the police.

2. This Court is of the view that all points taken in this writ petition may be agitated in course of trial.

3. The report of Uttarpara Police Station dated 1st December, 2022 filed in Court today be taken on record.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
