Petitioner submits victim has been examined. He renews his bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim has supported the case of penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress.

In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6.

We request the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible following the mandate under Section 35(2) of the POCSO Act.
