At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. Pursuant to the order dated 10th April, 2023 department has placed before this Court writ petition being WPA 25231 of 2018 and the same is tagged with the present writ petition.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is not represented today, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the fate of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
