1. Petitioner prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, the petitioner was involved in dacoity. Stolen articles were recovered from his possession. Arms were also recovered from his possession.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner and the fact that stolen articles in a case of dacoity were recovered from the possession of the petitioner as also the fact that arms were recovered from his possession, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Signed By :
