Two applications for anticipatory bail are taken up analogously for consideration as they emanate out of same police case.

One person was murdered.

Others also received injuries. Eyewitnesses and injured implicate the petitioners in both the applications in the incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 4905 of 2023 and CRM(A) 4906 of 2023 are disposed of.
