The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's objection/representation dated 22.09.2025 by passing a reasoned order upon granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before finalizing the selection.

The petitioner is aggrieved that his representation/objection dated 22.09.2025 has till date not been considered by the said authority. 4.

Accordingly, on hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025, within 60 days from the date of communication of this

order, on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
