Police case is dated February 9, 2022.

There is an issue of long absconsion.

That apart, materials in the Case Diary suggest involvement of the petitioner.

A sum involved is Rs.32 Lakh. Apparently, a false GST number was utilized.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 4907 of 2023 is disposed of.
