By virtue of an order dated September 13, 2018 this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

The State is represented. It is submitted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the State/alleged contemnor that they have made an application being CAN No. 10348 of 2018 for recalling of the order dated September 13, 2018 passed by this Court. It is further submitted on behalf of the State/alleged contemnor that they require further time for consideration of the representation made by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the time to consider the representation made by the petitioner is extended by a period of four weeks from date.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of this case and the respondent no. 4 will not be influenced by any observation in this order on the merits of the representation.

In such circumstances, I am of the view that the contempt application be disposed of by directing the alleged contemnor to consider the representation of the petitioner as directed by the order dated September 13, 2018 within a period of four weeks from date.

CPAN No. 1436 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. In view of this order the recalling application being CAN No. 10348 of 2018 is treated as on day's list and is disposed of as not pressed.

Since the original copy of the recalling application is not available in the file, a photocopy of the said application be treated as original copy of the said application. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
