The grievance of the petitioner was in respect of a property wherein civil suit was pending and there has been interference by the respondent no.5.

State has submitted a report. Learned advocate submits that in respect of the information which was furnished Tangra Police Station case dated 09.08.2024 was registered against the private respondent no.5.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities at the relevant point of time had taken steps, I am of the view that if the petitioner is further aggrieved, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26390 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
