Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 157 days; investigation of the case has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, case has been committed to the court of sessions and next date has been fixed for consideration of charges.
Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary.
I have considered the materials appearing in the case diary and having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
Case diary be returned to learned advocate appearing for the State.
The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2356 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.
