1. This writ petition alleging unauthorised construction in a land belonging to a school.

2. Ongoing though the writ petition we find that much of the allegations against the private respondents who are the Secretary and the office bearers of the school. Further, from the photographs annexed to the stay petition we find that a building appears to have been constructed at least ten years ago and it is not clear as to why suddenly the writ petitioner comes forward with this public interest writ petition.

3. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this public interest writ petition.

4. However, it is open to the aggrieved persons to approach the authorities for necessary relief.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
